About this software...
This all new e-PROCUREMENT System (ePS) was developed under the mentorship of the UP Visayas and the DOST’s Small Business Incubator and Entrepreneurial Development Services – Technology Business Incubator (SEEDS-TBI).
The SEEDS-TBI is a joint project of the University of the Philippines - Visayas (UPV) and the Department of Science and Technology, Region VI.
The firm INFODYNAMICS Technologies is an affiliate startup under the SEEDS-TBI program. INFODYNAMICS exclusively designed and developed this software as an IT-solution to help realize the DILG, DBM, COA and GPPB’s advocacy to help promote transparency and good governance regarding procurement reforms in all government agencies.
This software subscribes to all the prescribed documentary reports required by RA 9184 and per guidelines of the Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB), PhilGEPS and the COA.
As a startup affiliate of SEEDS-TBI, the firm INFODYNAMICS Technologies specialized in developing software for government agencies.
DOST Secretary, Foreign students view ePS
Under the DOST-assisted Technology Business Incubation (TBI) business start-up program, the Secretary of the DOST, visited the UP Visayas TBI facility in 2019. Secretary Fortunato T. de la Peña was appraised of the current start-ups including InfoDynamics Technologies. Likewise, a visit by the Taiwanese Masteral Students also took place at the InfoDynamics hub at UP Visayas...
InfoDynamics to setup regional ePS demo sites

This August, 2019, InfoDynamics Technologies launched to setup its regional Agency Partners in key regions and cities of the country. This action is a commitment to DOST for its fund support to InfoDynamics. Hence, agencies like SUCs and City LGUs selected by InfoDynamics will be considered priority agencies under its Preferred and Priority Partners Program (P4). Interested SUcs and selected cities - at least one per region - can partner with InfoDynamics as its P4 Partner and they can use the e-Procurement System on special term and without the need to immediately procure it. Selected partners agencies are to be the area and regional demo sites of ePS.

Interested SUCs and City LGUs only need to email us attached their Official BAC Resolution to officially inform InfoDynamics about their intention to be our regional P4 partner. Selected partners must commit logistical support for their agency's report template customization and send BAC staff for offsite staff training. For interested BACs of SUCs and City LGUs email us immediately and directly at infodynamicsph@yahoo.com. Indicate in your email, "Attention : ePS P4 Project". We will reply soonest to give you an advisory.
